Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem neuen Kollegin/Kollegen, die/der unser HR Team am Standort Berlin 40h pro Woche zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unterstützt und die/der unsere Vision von exzellenter Bildung mitträgt und die/der sich dafür engagiert, das Leben unserer Studierenden und Mitarbeitenden positiv zu beeinflussen.

Deine Kernaktivitäten und Verantwortlichkeiten:
 
  • Du bist Teil eines derzeit 6-köpfigen Teams und Ansprechpartner/in in allen personalwirtschaftlichen, vertraglichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen und arbeitest eigenständig am Standort Berlin 
  • Du agierst als HR Business Partner der festangestellten Mitarbeitenden aus der Akademik, der Verwaltung und aus der Trägergesellschaft an unseren Standorten Berlin, Hamburg, Potsdam und Iserlohn
  • Du übernimmst das operative Tagesgeschäft einer HR Abteilung, wie z.B. das Anfertigen von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen, vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung, Pflege der Personalakten sowie unseres HRMS Personio sowie On- und Offboarding 
  • Du unterstützt die Personalleitung bei der strategischen Analyse, Entscheidungsfindung sowie bei der Personalplanung und Personalkostenkontrolle und berichtest direkt an unsere Head of HR Operations
  • Du arbeitest an unterschiedlichen konzeptionellen HR Themen und HR Projekten (wie z.B. Prozess Management, Vergütungsstrukturen, Benefits, Mitarbeiterbeurteilungssystem etc.)
Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung 
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Vertragsrecht 
  • Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion 
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Personalkennzahlen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und eine positive Ausstrahlung runden Dein Profil ab

Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR Department in Berlin on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting next possible date.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:
  • You are part of a team of currently 6 people and the contact person for all HR, contractual and labor law issues and work independently at the Berlin location 
  • You act as HR Business Partner for permanent employees from academics, administration and the holding at our locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Potsdam and Iserlohn
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an HR department, such as preparing employment contracts, reference letters, certificates, payroll preparation, maintaining personnel files and our HRMS Personio as well as onboarding and offboarding 
  • You support HR management in strategic analysis, decision-making, personnel planning and personnel cost control and report directly to our Head of HR Operations
  • You will work on various conceptual HR topics and HR projects (e.g. process management, remuneration structures, benefits, employee appraisal system, etc.)

Your profile
  • Completed university degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification or several years of relevant professional experience 
  • Very good knowledge of German labor and contract law 
  • Professional experience in a generalist HR function 
  • Enjoy dealing with key personnel figures
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English 
  • Strong service orientation and a positive charisma round off your profile
